At 550 meters high on Fóia mountain with dazzling views of the Atlantic Ocean Vila Foia offers a retreat space like no other.

 Immersing ourselves in nature becomes essential when we decide to live our lives with more purpose and meaning.

Making the decision to remove alcohol from your life gives you total freedom and deep appreciation of the natural world.

We decided that this venue was the perfect spot to feel cleansed, pure and at one and commit intentions for living a life free from alcohol.

The increased level of oxygen here from the abundant forests will offer you on a natural high to set the tone of this wellness retreat.

Sunrises here are truly stunning and the views will take your breath away.

The retreat will take place from 4pm on Wednesday 15th October until 10 am on Sunday 19th October 2025
