Hi everybody this is a sober social so no drinking alcohol it's ok if you usually drink but not at this event as people will feel uncomfortable around alcohol.

Hi everybody a warm welcome to my walk and social we'll start off meeting outside the standard hotel opposite kings cross station then we'll walk to the queen Elizabeth Olympic park in Stratford on the way there we'll stop off at Victoria park for some refreshments or coffee then we'll go to the queen Elizabeth Olympic park
afterwards we'll go to nearby Westfield shopping centre Stratford and have a coffee or lunch.

why ruin your hard work drinking alcohol at the end of burning all those calories get out get fit socialise and have a fun day out
